This is a very nice slaw. The additional of apples and raisins definitely raise the bar. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium carrot chopped or grated
2 tablespoons green pepper chopped
1/4 cup boiled italian dressing
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1/2 apple chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, carrot and green pepper then add apple and raisins.
2. Combine dressing with yogurt then pour over cabbage mixture and gently combine.
