Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt, fat free, plain
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup splenda
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Beat together yogurt, applesauce, and sugars until creamy.
3. Add egg, egg whites, and vanilla; beat well.
4. In separate bowl, combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
6. Stir in oats and raisins.
7. Back 10-12 mintues, or until golden brown.
8. Cool at least 1 minute.
