Ingredients:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon, dash
nutmeg, dash
2 slices whole grain bread
1/2 medium apple, sliced
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs, vanilla and spices together.
2. Dip bread into egg mixture.
3. Spray skillet with cooking spray and saute bread on each side until brown (about 3 minutes).
4. Top with apple slices.
