Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour sugar baking powder and salt in a bowl
  2. Cut in the butter until it resembles pea-sized crumbs
  3. In a smaller bowl beat together the egg and vanilla until smooth
  4. Mix egg mixture with flour/butter mixture
  5. Stir in the melted ice cream
  6. Mix together until dough forms
  7. Form a ball and pat down on lightly floured surface making a thick, even circle
  8. Cut the circle into 12 wedges then shape each wedge into a neat triangle
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until top is light brown and inside is done( I baked in a toaster oven since these are so cute and tiny)
  10. Cool on a baking rack
  11. Stir together confecioners sugar and the extra Vanilla Ice Cream a little at a time until it becomes a thick glaze. YOU MAY USE MORE OR LESS AS NEEDED UNTIL DESIRED CONISTENCY
  12. Spoon glaze over cooled scones
  13. Repeat last step a few times until scones are glazed nice and thick
