Ingredients:
1 tub(s) 12oz of cool whip
1 tablespoon(s) butter
4 package(s) cream cheese (8 oz)
3 whole(s) eggs
3 tablespoon(s) melted butter
40 whole(s) nilla wafers crushed
1 cup(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla plus 1 t for topping
Directions:
1. mix butter with nilla wafers and pack in bottom of spring foam pan. cream 3 pkgs of the softened cream cheese with 3/4 cups of the sugar and 1 T of thevanilla until well blended. add eggs one at a time mixing on low speed after each one. Pour into crust. bake 50-55 mins until center is almost set. run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely in pan. beat remaining cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer in large bowl until well blended. Whisk in cool whip, spread over cheesecake. refigerate 4 hours. remove rim of pan before serving. garnish with berries.
