Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup sugar, turbinado
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In bowl combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Whip with mixer until stiff. Add evaporated milk and yoghurt., Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
2. Cover and put in freezer. Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
