Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups fat-free evaporated milk
Directions:
1. beat together egg and sugar.
2. beat in milk.
3. heat in a double boiler until mixture coats a spoonback.
4. chill completely
5. freeze in ice cream maker.
