1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups fat-free evaporated milk
Directions:

beat together egg and sugar.

heat in a double boiler until mixture coats a spoonback.

chill completely

freeze in ice cream maker.
