4 ounces strong steeped black tea (brew 2 tea bags in 5 ounces of water or keep strong tea brewed, it can be re-warmed when needed)
8 ounces steamed milk
1 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup (available in sugar free)
sugar, as and if desired
