I was looking for a simple smoothie recipie with what ingrediants I had in the house and found this one on the net. Hym, Vanilla-Banana & Orange odd combination I thought but its really nice and the kids liked it.
Ingredients:
2 bananas, broken into chunks
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Place banana and vanilla ice cream into a blender. Pour in vanilla extract, orange juice, and milk. Puree until thick and smooth. I added more milk and 2 more tablespoons of ice cream to make it go a little further.
