Valentines Rum Truffle Hearts

Celebrate Valentine's Day with a chococolate and rum treat!
Ingredients:
3 ounces chocolate
1 free range egg yolk
1/2 ounce butter
1 teaspoon rum
1 teaspoon single cream
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl.
2. Beat in the egg yolk, butter, rum and cream.
3. Chill in the fridge until firm.
4. Shape into balls and press flat with palm of hand.
5. Use a heart-shaped cutter to create correct shape, placing left over edges back into main mixture.
