This is a fantastic dip with fresh veggies - anything you desire -
Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup v8 v-fusion strawberry mango juice
2 teaspoons fresh gingerroot, grated
4 cups assorted fresh vegetables (baby carrots, sliced red peppers, sliced cucumbers...)
Directions:
1. Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream V8 V-Fusion and ginger in a medium bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve with the vegetables.
