Getting ready for summer! A little salsa or green chilis will give this a little punch!
Ingredients:
32 ounces v8 vegetable juice
1 1/2 cups chopped cucumbers
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced scallion
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Pour V-8 into large bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
