A great way to use up soft or bruised bananas and give yourself a fast delicious meal (breakfast on the go!) with high protein and no refined sugar. Save the second serving for tomorrow, or share with a friend.
Ingredients:
3 large bananas
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1 cup dry fat free milk
30 g soy protein powder
1 container greek yogurt (about 3/4 cup)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender
2. Blend on high until smooth
3. Divide into servings and enjoy
