Upside Down Cheeseburger Pizza

Found this recipe and modifed to our pizza toppings that we like and you just can't seem to put the fork down, It's a keeper
Ingredients:
8 slices bacon
2-3 lbs ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 red or green pepper chopped
2 cans (small) drained well sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
2 small cans of pizza sauce
2-3 roma tomatoes chopped
1 (24 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1-1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook bacon in large deep skillet.
3. Cook over medium heat till evenly browned, remove and drain grease
4. Add beef, onion, peppers cook until beef is browned
5. Drain grease
6. Stir in pizza sauce and parmesean cheese
7. Spoon mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
8. Sprinkle tomatoes, mushrooms any any other pizza toppings you like now.
9. Top with all the cheese
10. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly
11. Mix in milk, and oil and then add flour & salt
12. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
13. Pour evenly over the meat mixture
14. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until topping is lightly puffed and deep, golden brown.
15. Great alone or with some fresh hot bread or a salad
