Upside Down Apple Pecan Cake

This is a very impressive and very tasty cake. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter melted
1 package all ready pie crusts
1 teaspoon flour
6 cups sliced peeled apples
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. In a pie pan combine pecans, brown sugar and butter then spread evenly over bottom of pan.
3. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for two crust pie.
4. Place bottom crust over pecan mixture in pan.
5. In large bowl combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
6. Spoon into pie crust lined pan then top with second crust.
7. Seal edges together securely and flute then cut slits in top crust.
8. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
9. Cool pie upright in pan for 5 minutes then place serving plate over pie and invert.
10. Carefully remove pan then cool at least 1 hour before serving.
