Upside Down Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These muffins seem so special. But easy! Great crumb and crusty top.
Ingredients:
1 apple, cut into little slices
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
2 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup sour milk (1 tbsp vinegar + remaining milk to make 1 cup)
1/4 cup oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Generously grease 12 muffin tins.
3. Sprinkle tins with cinnamon and sugar.
4. Stir together apple and honey. Spoon a few slices into each muffin cup. Reserve the rest.
5. Mix all remaining ingredients together at once. Don't over stir.
6. Spoon muffin mixture evenly into tins.
7. Place remaining apple slices neatly on each muffin.
8. Bake until golden brown.
9. Take out of tins right away, and cool upside down.
