one of my bestfriends use to make this cake in high school, it was called better then sex cake lol.. i tried to make a lower calorie version of it here.. the cake mix i used says 12 servings but i cut it into 24 as i was serving it along with a bunch of other people serving sweets.. Ingredients:
18 .25 oz)yellow cake mix reduced sugar |
1/2 cup egg beaters |
1/2 cup pumpkin |
2 oz jello sugar free - fat free vanilla pdding mix |
4 cups fat free (skim) milk |
16 oz cans) dole crushed pineapple |
6 oz container cool whip free |
Directions:
1. add pumpkin to cake mix in place of oil
2. add egg beaters to cake mix in place of eggs
3. bake 350 for 27 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
4. prepare jello pudding with skim milk
5. poke a bunch of holes in cake with toothpick
6. layer pudding over cake (so it will drain down into the holes)
7. layer pineapple over pudding
8. layer cool whip over pineapple
9. voila
