Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 whole sleeve graham crackers

Directions:

  1. Line a rectangular pan with whole graham crackers.
  2. Mix butter, milk, sugar and egg then cook mixture to a full boil.
  3. Remove from heat then add coconut, nuts and crumbs.
  4. Mix well then spread evenly over crackers in pan.
  5. Cover with another layer of whole grahams.
  6. Frost with powdered sugar icing and refrigerate.
