I made up this smoothie recipe over the course over several weeks of trial and error :) I love trying different frozen fruits in it- my three favorites are strawberry, peach, and blueberry.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (or 2 packets of splenda)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients on high until well blended.
2. Serve immediately.
