Ingredients:
1 english cucumber
1/2 thai bird chili pepper, deseeded and minced fine
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 lemon, juice of
2 cups plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Wash cucumber well and chop into 1/4 dice.
2. Add chili, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir well.
3. Add lemon juice and yogurt and stir again.
4. Serve in a pretty bowl with curry or samosas.
