Ultimate Brown Rice

Tender and moist brown rice is cooked perfectly everytime. You can also use this recipe for barley. This will be the only recipe you will ever need to cook brown rice or barley. So, stop looking. Honest!
Ingredients:
1 cup dry long grain brown rice
2 cups water or 2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine rice, salt and oil in a 4 quart pressure cooker. Bring water or broth to a boil in seperate pan. Add to rice mixture and stir well. Lock lid in place and bring up to pressure. Time cooking at this point for 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let steam in cooker for an addtional 5 minutes. Use quick release method under cold water. Remove lid, fluff rice with fork and enjoy!
