Ukrainian Mayonnaise

Cook time is for cooking the eggs.
Ingredients:
4 large hard-boiled eggs
2 -3 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely grated horseradish, to taste (or 2-3 tsp. prepared horseradish to taste)
Directions:
1. Halve eggs and separate whites from yolks.
2. Finely chop the egg whites and set aside. In a medium bowl, mash egg yolks with a fork.
3. Add in sugar, lemon juice, mustard, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir in horseradish and egg whites.
4. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container up to 4 days.
5. Use for sandwiches, salads, potatoes, etc.
