This is a very yummy cake that people always ask me to make for parties. It's also very easy but so good! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 cup melted margarine |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 lb confectioners' sugar |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients for the first layer and press into a 9 x 12 greased pan.
2. Beat the ingredients for the second layer with a mixer and pour over first layer.
3. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
