1 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber
1 cup plain low-fat greek-style yogurt
1 t. chopped mint
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Directions:
1. Greek-style basic tzatziki: combine 1 cup plain low-fat Greek-style yogurt, cup finely chopped seeded cucumber, 1 tablespoon chopped mint, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon white pepper. Cover, chill, serve.
