My sons love chili. You can eat it as a main dish or add it on Fritos and serve with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream and sliced jalapenos. its a great Tummy Warmer and a Filler Upper.
Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef
2 lg (28oz) hunts chopped tomato’s
1 15 oz light red kidney beans
1 16 oz bushs chili beans
2 mccormick packets chili seasoning
8 oz water
1 small onion chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Directions
2. Brown Ground Beef and drain out grease. Add season packets and 8oz of Water. Stir. Add all other ingredients and stir. Bring to boil, Cover with lid and turn heat down to LOW. Simmer for 20-Minutes at least.
3. You could add the following ingredients for something different.
4. • Chopped Red and Green Bell Peppers
5. • Jalopenos
6. • Sour Cream
7. • Frito’s
8. • Grated or
9. Chunked Mild Cheddar Cheese
