Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
1 1/2 cups grated fresh coconut |
9-inch pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in half-and-half and coconut. Pour into pastry shell. 2. Bake at 300° for 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool before chilling. |
