Two - Tomato Salad

For all tomato lovers (like me!).
Ingredients:
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
2 cups red grape tomatoes or 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, medium, chopped
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro or 1/3 cup basil, chopped
1 cup small shell pasta, cooked
Directions:
1. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and set aside.
2. Gently toss salad with dressing, allow to set for 30 minute.
3. Serve.
