Two-Bean Toss

Ingredients:
2 cups trimmed green beans
1 cup trimmed waxed beans
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook all the beans in a large pot of boiling water for 4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Combine the last 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir.
4. Add beans, and toss to coat.
