From the Soup Factory Etc. This is just a guess of ingredient quantities to estimate calories. Based off of their software they said that a 12 ounce serving was 291 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 52 grams of carbohydrates. Obviously my nutrition list came out a little higher, but I think closer to what I see on other chili recipes here.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup red kidney beans
1/2 cup black beans
1/16 cup tomato
1/16 cup carrot
1/3 cup broth
Directions:
1. Pick up at the restaurant. They have great bread on the side too! I had the multi grain and would recommend.
