Twisted Stir Fry

A twist on standard stir fry dishes.
Ingredients:
4 stalks of cleaned asparagus
1/2 cut up cucumber
1 rib of red bell pepper
1/4 of a rib of yellow pepper (mostly for color)
1/2 rib of green bell pepper
1/2 chopped tomato
pepper
olive oil
1 table spoon of italian dressing if desired
1/4 grated jack cheese
small amount of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of thinly sliced pepperoni
Directions:
1. Prepare all veggies and pepperoni.
2. Heat olive oil and add vegetables and pepperoni to hot oil
3. Cook as you would any regular stir fry dish
4. Add the cheese and heat until just barely melted.
5. Serve hot
6. pepper to taste (only if desired)
