Twice Baked Ranch Potatoes

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Favorite Brand Name Velveeta Recipes.
Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup kraft ranch dressing
1/4 cup breakstone's sour cream
1 tablespoon oscar mayer real bacon bits
4 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour. Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shell.
2. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; beat until fluffy. Stir velveeta into potato mixture. Spoon into shells.
3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
4. How To Bake Potatoes: Russet potatoes are best for baking. Scrub potatoes well, blot dry and rub the skin with a little oil and salt. Prick the skin of the potatoes with a fork so steam can escape. Stand them on end in a muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 60 minutes or until tender.
