Twice Baked Ham and Cheese Potatoes

Twice Baked Ham and Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup ham, chopped
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
paprika or parsley flakes, for garnish
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour until soft.
2. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
3. Scoop out insides, leaving a firm shell.
4. Place potato pulp, cheddar cheese, milk, ham, sour cream, onion salt, pepper, and butter in a mixing bowl.
5. Beat at high speed until smooth.
6. Fill potato shells with mixture.
7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.
8. Garnish with paprika or parsley.
