Ingredients:
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sliced banana
1 1/4 cups pineapple
1/2 cup firm tofu
2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, and pineapple until smooth. Add tofu and ice cubes and liquefy. Serve immediately.
