Tuscan Stuffed Mushrooms

An easy, yummy change of pace stuffed mushroom. I'm sure I found this at one of the Italian product sites.
Ingredients:
1 container (10.5 ounces) refrigerated classic or tuscan bruschetta
1 cup (4 ounces) refrigerated freshly shredded parmesan or romano cheese
40 medium fresh white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
40 small basil leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Grease large baking sheet.
2. COMBINE bruschetta and cheese in medium bowl.
3. Fill each mushroom with 1 heaping teaspoon bruschetta mixture.
4. Place on prepared baking sheet
5. BAKE for 20 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to serving platter and top with basil leaves.
6. Yields 40 2 per serving
