Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 pinch dried basil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in olive oil.
2. Pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar into pan.
3. Generously sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
