Tuscan Beef & Pasta

Ingredients:
500 g minced beef
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
130 g tomato paste
500 g pasta sauce
1 tablespoon beef stock, dried instant
2 bay leaves
worcestershire sauce, dash
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan and brown the onion, garlic, beef and spices over a high heat.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stiring well.
3. Reduce heat and gently simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, stiring occasionally.
4. Serve over your favourite fresh pasta with parmesan cheese, a spoonful of basil pesto (optional) and a side salad.
