Tuscan Bean and Pasta Toss

From a humble can of beans comes this delicious dish that is so tasty that it will burst on your tastebuds on the first bite!!
Ingredients:
6 cups hot cooked short pasta such as fusilli or 6 cups penne
4 cups baby packed spinach
1 (540 ml) can six bean blend, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup pesto sauce
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, blanched and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup italian cheese blend, shredded
Directions:
1. Toss hot pasta with spinach, beans, pesto, sundried tomatoes, lemon zest, lemon juice and hot pepper flakes, (if using). Transfer to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
