Ingredients:
1 stick margarine |
3 tbs. cocoa |
6 tbs. evaporated milk |
1 box powdered sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
7 oz. sweetened condensed milk |
chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine, cocoa, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
3. Spread over cool cake.
4. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans.
