Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. Heat almond milk in the microwave.
2. Stir in the cinnamon, tumeric and Ginger.
3. Drizzle honey on top.
4. Enjoy and sleep well.1.
