Ingredients:
12oz bag(s) butter beans frozen
12oz bag(s) mixed vegetables-corn,green beans, peas, carrots frozen
1 onion chopped
2 potatoes cubed
2 can(s) diced italian tomatoes chopped/pureed
1 can(s) large tomato soup
1 carton(s) 32 oz low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 tablespoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) ground pepper
4 package(s) splenda
1/4 cup(s) elbow pasta uncooked
2 pound(s) ground turkey
Directions:
1. Brown the turkey over med-med/high heat and drain. Add chopped onion and cook until clear. Add chicken broth. Keep heat medium to low while adding vegetables. Add vegetables. Stir to keep from sticking to bottom.Add tomato soup and seasonings. Cook on low for 40 minutes. Add pasta during the last 15 minutes. Serve with corn bread muffins or crusty warm bread.
