1 1/2-2 lbs turkey, tenderloin,aka turkey london broil
olive oil, flavored with herbs
sage
garlic
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. preheat broiler to hi, season and broil for 20 mins, flip.
2. add more seasoned oil, broil for 15 mins.
