Turkey Taco Salad

This is a quick, easy & low calorie meal. I love tacos so this is a great alternative.. You can add whatever veggies you want the possibilities are endless! Remember all ingredients are optional. I've added black beans & corn before & that was good as well.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ground turkey (i usually get the leanest)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
any brand taco seasoning (i usually use 2 packets for extra flavor my favorite is old el paso)
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 avocados
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
1 cucumber
matchstick carrot
tomato
mexican blend cheese
doritos, 100 calorie pack smashed in bag
tabasco sauce (optional as dressing)
Directions:
1. In a saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add Turkey with seasonings (salt, pepper & cumin) & cook until white (no pink is showing).
3. Draining the meat is not necessary (but optional) since turkey has little fat & the olive oil will be absorbed.
4. Add the taco seasoning with water & cook until sauce is thickened.
5. Assemble the salad & put the turkey meat on top of the veggies.
6. Then add the cheese.
7. Now add half to a full bag of the Doritos.
