Turkey Sloppy Joes

Quick and easy recipe for healthy eaters.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 small onion
1 small green bell pepper
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (drained)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 whole wheat english muffins
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey with garlic and chili powder in skillet.
2. Drain and set it to the side.
3. Saute onions and bellpepper in olive oil.
4. Add ground turkey back in skillet with onions and bellpepper.
5. Mix in tomato paste and water and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
6. After 15 minutes add in stewed tomato.
7. Cook until to thoroughly heated.
8. Serve on toasted wheat hamburger buns or wheat english muffins.
9. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
