Turkey Sausage Patties

It tastes a lot like store-bought pork breakfast sausage patties, but slightly healthier for you.
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground turkey meat, not labeled all breast meat
2 tbsp. light gray sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 (heaping) tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 (heaping) tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
6 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. olive oil (per pan)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients except the olive oil, with a fork.
2. Pour 2 tsp. of olive oil in skillet and heat.
3. Flatten meat into patties.
4. Fry each side for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
