This is low fat for those of us who are trying to watch our weight. It's tasty but not too heavy. Weight Watchers points came out to 3 per serving
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey, lean
1 lb turkey sausage
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs, large
1/2 cup onion, dried
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, low fat
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
2. Makes 2 pans.
