Turkey Salad Croissants

This recipe looks really yummy and a great way to use holiday leftovers! I haven't tried this yet, just parking it here for safe keeping. Found in a gooseberry cookbook...cooking time is chilling time.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
1/2 cup cranberries, chopped
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
6 croissants, split
lettuce leaf, garnish
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, orange, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt; chill.
2. Just before serving, stir in pecans.
3. Top each croissant with 1/2 cup turkey mixture and a lettuce leaf.
