Ingredients:
4 cups cooked cubed turkey breast (deli or home-cooked)
3 scallions, sliced
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt (drain liquid off before measuring)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Toss together the turkey, scallions, celery, and parsley.
2. In another bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together; pour the dressing over the salad; stir to combine.
