Turkey Patties, Serve in Pita

Turkey Patty for Pita sandwich
Ingredients:
10 ounces ground turkey
6 tbsp seasoned croutons, crushed
2 eggs
4 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
2 tbsp mustard
1 avocado
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients (through garlic).
2. Divide to make 4 patties.
3. cook in 4 tsp olive oil in non-stick skillet about 4 minutes on each side, or grill on George Foreman grill for about 4-5 minutes.
4. Prepare half a pita. Stuff w/ avocado, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoe, mustard, and drizzle a favorite non-fat dressing over the top.
5. If fresh avocado is not available, Trader Joe's frozen avocado guacomole can be used.
