Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs mushrooms
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine turkey, Parmesan, mayo, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and remove their stems.
4. Spoon the filling into mushroom caps. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
