Ingredients:

  • 14 oz tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup potato
  • 2 cups turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups noodles

Directions:

  1. In large heavy saucepan combine broth, tomatoes, bouillon granules, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and potato. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add turkey and uncooked noodles. Simmer, 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Makes 10 servings.
